Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a pair for a refund.

What can be returned

• The pair must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
• Please bring your order number or another proof of purchase.
• Every pair can be refunded, whether bought at full price, on sale or with our pair offer.
• If a pair is faulty, email us at hello@zanetta.sg. This policy does not affect your rights under Singapore consumer law.

Bring the pair to one of our partner boutiques in Singapore:

Refunds are given at these two boutiques only. You get back the full amount you paid for that pair, to the same payment method you used. For any other question about a return, email us at hello@zanetta.sg.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your card company, as it may take some time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at hello@zanetta.sg.
